We take as much pride in being locally-owned and committed to the neighborhood we’ve chosen for our store as we do in our culinary pedigree and locally-sourced, all natural ingredients.

At Pete's New Haven Style Pete’s New Haven Apizza was founded by chefs with deep roots in fine dining and the DC food scene. Before opening our neighborhood shop, we cooked in acclaimed kitchens, catered high-profile events, and trained at the Culinary Institute of America. That experience shapes everything we do — from ingredient sourcing to the way we run our kitchen., we blend traditional flavors with a modern twist, serving authentic New Haven style pizza and a diverse menu that celebrates fresh ingredients and bold tastes in a casual dining atmosphere.

We focus on fresh, natural, and locally sourced ingredients. Our seasonal menus are built around what is in season." We source from local farms and use all-natural, hormone-free meats. We only use Wisconsin co-op whole milk mozzarella made from all-natural, hormone-free milk. We even use all natural cane-sugar sodas.
